If you received a defective item, please contact us at sales@ultrabeem.com with details of the product and the defect.

We offer exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind unless it's a device under warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee- A 12 month warranty comes with all LED devices. Warranty does not cover damage from impact, water damages, improper use as covered in Warranty manual.
